Fundraising preparation for a B2B SaaS platform
€14M
Round closed · 9-month engagement

How we work

Rigorous thinking.
Direct engagement.

We don't produce thick decks and then disappear.

Engagements are structured around a clear problem, a defined outcome, and a direct working relationship with the senior advisor — from first meeting to final deliverable.

01

Senior-only delivery

Every engagement is led and delivered personally.

No delegation to junior staff. You work directly with the person whose name is on the door, throughout.

02

Outcome-focused scope

Engagements are designed around a specific problem and a measurable outcome.

A round closed, a decision made, a model built. We avoid open-ended retainers without milestones.

03

Selective by design

We take on a limited number of mandates at any given time.

This is not scarcity marketing — it is a deliberate choice to protect the quality of attention each client receives.

Common questions

A few things people ask.

If something is not answered here, the best way to find out is a direct conversation.

We work with two distinct types of clients: startups and scale-ups — from early-stage companies finding their model through growth-stage businesses scaling rapidly — and established mid-market businesses between €5M and €100M in revenue. The common thread is a company at a meaningful inflection point: preparing for a transaction, entering a new market, or restructuring how they operate.

Many engagements begin with a focused, time-limited intervention — a way to address a specific problem quickly, without any longer commitment. From there, most projects run between two and six months. Fundraising mandates can extend further depending on market conditions. We don't do open-ended retainers without clear milestones — each engagement is scoped around a defined problem and a defined outcome.

Advisory and strategy engagements are structured as fixed-fee projects. Transaction mandates may include a success component. We discuss structure transparently at the outset — there are no surprises, and no fees are charged before scope and terms are agreed.

Three things: the person you brief is the person who does the work; we take on very few mandates at any given time, which means genuine attention rather than a capacity game; and we operate without the overhead of a large firm — which is reflected in both how we price and how quickly we move.

A first conversation is the best way to find out. We'll be direct about whether we think we can add value — and equally direct if we don't. There is no obligation, no sales process, and no pressure to engage.

Yes. Our primary focus is Europe — this includes France, the UK, Germany, the Benelux, and the broader Mediterranean region. The nature of advisory work means geography is rarely a constraint.
